Question	InstaTox does not remain stable after application of moisturizer. Is there a tip?
Answer	InstaTox as explained on the product video works best when applied to clean, dry skin. Use only a small amount to problematic areas. Also using a upward motion.

Question	Are there special instructions for the use of pump products?
Answer	Our pump products do not require special instructions; however, if it is not functioning, gently shake the product a few times and it will begin dispensing the cream.

Question	Who do I contact if I have any concerns or questions about products?

Question	I know you started out with some basic products from the Serious Skin Care line, but what will be your product focus for the future?
Answer	We have introduced new and exciting product last year and we plan for even more in 2008. Our focus is to expand our product line with exclusive products which covers all your beauty and wellness needs.

Question	What is ORAC value?
Answer	ORAC stands for Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity. It is a new standard of measurement that measures how well a food or drink renders harmful free radicals inactive in your body. Free radicals are known to destroy cells and accelerate the aging process.

Question	What is the S.I. Minerale Brush made out of?
Answer	Our S.I. Minerale Brush is 100% goat hair.

Question	Can my husband use our skin products?
Answer	Yes. They are ideal for men and women.

Question	Are your products tested on animals?
Answer	No. We do not test any of our products on animals.

Question	Are the products scented (fragrance added)?
Answer	We are fragrance free as far as adding chemical, perfume or synthetic fragrance to mask an odor. But in the case where you see the word fragrance, we have added an essential oil(s) to make the scent more pleasant for the consumer. The fragrance is a natural/essential oil.

Question	Can the S-Force vitamins be taken together, the Multi-Vitamin, the Joint, Cholesterol, and Green Tea Diet Plus?
Answer	Yes, they can all be taken in conjunction with one another; however they should be taken as directed.

Question	Does the RuLinea Face Cream need to be shaken before use? I had a customer tell me that when she went to use her cream, the oils came out instead of the cream.
Answer	Separation can occur if the product was exposed to heat. If separation does occur, the tube should be shaken well and left at normal room temperature for a few hours.

Question	What are peptides?
Answer	Peptides are a big buzz in the skin care industry because of their ability to trick older skin into looking and acting younger. Question	What is NVesse-24?
Answer	Each of our topical treatment products, except the cleansers, features our revolutionary NVesse-24. NVesse-24 is a unique cosmeceutical blend that creates an invisible, breathable barrier between the environment and your skin. This undetectable shield protects the skin from environmental aggressors such as wind, pollution and smoke. NVesse-24 also helps the active and beneficial ingredients found inside our skin care products sustain their integrity once applied to the skin – it protects the ingredients from degrading from exposure to heat, oxygen and light. And just as important, NVesse-24 lasts for a full 24 hours, or until you wash it off, whichever comes first. All of which are considered safe and non-irritating to the skin. All of our products (all of which contain the NVesse-24) scored beautifully on the skin sensitivity test.

Question	Can you tell me more about the Retinol in the A essentials line?
Answer	Products containing Retinol, a pure form of Vitamin A, helps fight and diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Pure Retinol is a very expensive, very volatile and unstable ingredient, it is super sensitive to oxygen, light and heat which is why most skin care companies shy away from it. Retinol must be handled correctly to obtain optimum effectiveness in cosmetic skin care products. That’s why we packaged it in metal lined tubes. If Retinol is handled wrong in manufacturing or packaged in the wrong container, the Retinol becomes unstable, the effectiveness diminishes and the benefits disappear. OUR FORMULAS uphold the standards recommended by the manufacturer of Retinol. It is delivered to us in metal cylinders and we add it to the A essentials formulas. It is a difficult and expensive way to manufacture the A essentials line but we do it to bring our customers an outstanding Retinol regimen.

Question	What is CoQ10?
Answer	Coenzyme Q10 is found in every cell in our body. It is essential to the health of your cells, tissues and organs. It is a powerful antioxidant, neutralizing free-radicals in your body and helping to prevent their damaging effects on your skin. Your body produces this vital nutrient; however as you age, your body's production of CoQ10 begins to decrease. This slowed production begins around age 30.
